We Built CareConvo AI Because Healthcare Communication Was Broken
In 2021, our co-founder Dr. Priya Nair watched a post-surgical patient miss three follow-up appointments — not because she didn't care about her health, but because she didn't understand what was expected of her after discharge. No one had explained it in plain language, and no one had checked in. That patient was readmitted within 30 days. That shouldn't happen.

Healthcare outcomes are determined not just by what happens in the exam room, but by everything that happens before and after. Did the patient understand their diagnosis? Did they take their medication? Did they notice the warning sign that should have sent them to urgent care?
